Inside my head

The heart, a burden, weighed with woe, My vision blurred, hands tremble slow.
I sense the weight, a heavy toll.
Pain echoes deep, its source unknown, A solitary figure, cold and alone.
In the vast sea, lost I stand, A soul adrift, on shifting sand.
Shall someone find this castaway? Or should I take a step, find my own way?
Hand trembles, heart in leaden state.
Frozen by the sea.
My body pleads, “Rest a while longer.
Will I be found in this vast sea? Can someone, somewhere, rescue me?
Hello there, lost in the sea’s embrace, Seeking solace in this boundless space
